I trusted that this would not be done, but it happened anyway and unfortunately, I signed. ![]() On my renewal they automatically put me into an auto renew contract. ![]() My main problem was that I originally only agreed to sign up on the provision that I was NEVER signed into an auto renew or rolling contract. I have had two very unpleasant exchanges with the head person. The admin staff are great until there is an issue, then they can be obnoxious. There are certain applications that they don't have, which as one of the most expensive systems is not acceptable. Firstly, I would like to commend the Salon Iris support team, they are amazing.
